What we collect

Account information (name, email), the case information you enter into our tools, and standard technical information about your device and session (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

We use your information to run the Service you asked us to run — generating documents, performing calculations, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your case data to train third-party AI models.

How we store it

Case data is stored encrypted at rest and isolated per account. Access is limited to employees and contractors who need it to support the Service.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Email legal@famtech.net to make a request.

Third parties

We use a small number of third-party services (hosting, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf. Each is contractually bound to protect your information.
